Your Window and Door Team for Sheppey
Kent Window Wizard is a local, family-run window and door business serving homes right across the Isle of Sheppey, from Sheerness and Minster to Eastchurch and Leysdown. We supply, fit and repair windows, doors and conservatories, and we know the island’s homes and the weather they face.
We have over 20 years of experience in the local window trade. We are Certass registered and fully insured, and every job starts with a free survey and a written quote.
What We Do on Sheppey
Island homes take the full force of the wind and salt air off the Thames Estuary and the Swale. That wears out seals, hinges and frames faster than inland. These are the jobs we do most here.
Replacement windows
uPVC and aluminium windows in white, grey and wood-effect finishes, made to measure for your home. See our replacement windows.
New front and back doors
Composite and uPVC doors with multipoint locking, built to stand up to coastal weather. See our door services.
Bifold, French and patio doors
Open up a lounge or extension to the garden with aluminium bifolds, French doors or a sliding patio door.
Conservatories and warm roofs
Swap a cold polycarbonate or glass roof for a solid, insulated warm roof, so the room is comfortable all year. We also replace conservatory windows and doors. See our conservatories and warm roofs page.
Glass balustrades
Toughened glass balustrades for balconies, terraces and Juliet balconies. A good fit for homes with views across the water. See our glass balustrades page.
Larger double glazing repairs
Several misted units, a failed patio or bifold door, or a whole house that needs an overhaul. We survey it all in one visit and quote for the lot. More on double glazing repairs.
Bungalows, Seafronts and Terraces
Sheppey has a real mix of homes: Victorian terraces in Sheerness and Marine Town, large numbers of bungalows in Minster and Halfway, and clifftop and seafront homes towards Warden and Leysdown. Bungalows often have big bay windows and a conservatory at the back, and both are where we see the most wear. Seafront homes need good seals and drainage in the frame to cope with driving rain.
How It Works
Send us photos or call us and we will give you a rough idea of cost. We then book a free survey at your home, measure up and send a written quote. Once you are happy, we order your windows or doors made to measure, fit them and tidy up afterwards.
