Brilliant service, fixed a broken double glazed window handle with missing mechanism which others had said was not repairable. Definitely recommend. Speedy service and a good price.
We had Jake come out to give us a quote for a new front door a few weeks before Christmas as our old one was failing. Jake came out quickly, measured, left us with a brochure for options and provided us with an unbeatable quote next day. Jake didn’t feel pushy or salesman, like other bigger companies.
We had the new door fitted today and we are extremely happy with it. It has completely transformed the front of the house.
We also were wondering if it was worth renewing some of the windows in the house. Upon looking at them Jake has advised that it would be a better option to fix them rather than renew. Many other companies may have just agreed to renewing the windows knowing full well they could be repaired and be as good as new.
Honest, reliable and affordable. Couldn’t ask for more.

Had two other people look at door witch wasn’t shutting properly composite door both charged us and was never fixed. Jake fixed it now it shuts properly and locks. Also replaced handles and hinges on windows which was not shutting properly. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. It’s hard to find decent tradesmen Jake was very professional and knew his stuff.
Would 100% recommend Jake at Kent window wizard!
He came out to fix a number of things today.

He also fixes 2 windows.

Booked this company to help my elderly friends who needed their bathroom window lock and handle fixed. The job was completed swiftly and done really well! We was so pleased with the company, we booked them again to fit a new lock barrel on our door, again this was completed to our satisfaction, overall this company provided a great friendly and reliable service, I have recommended this company to friends!! The sealed units of my windows had started to mist up. After being recommended by my son-in-law, Jake came round to look at the windows and gave me a very reasonable price to replace the affected panels rather than replace everything. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and tidily and I would highly recommend his work to others.
My window fell out due to a broken part, out of hours on a Sunday, I would highly recommend kent window wizard he temporarily fixed it for the remainder of that night and came out the next day and fixed it properly with a brand new part. Would Definitely recommend!☺️
We had a problem with our French UPVC Doors (Not Installed by Jake) where whenever it would get hot the doors would expand, meaning we could not close them and secure our property. Jake from Kent Window Wizard sorted the problem with ease, was super reliable and reasonably priced. We'll use him again! 5*
